Counter-Notification Process

If you are a user whose material was deleted for copyright infringement by reason of a DMCA notice, and you are convinced that this was done in error or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under sections 512(g)(2) and (3).

For this process, you must provide full name, address, phone number, and email, Identification of the removed content, physical or electronic signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or restricted in error.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward it to the complainant. Unless the complainant files a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA.

Changes to This DMCA Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time in order to stay aligned with the evolving copyright laws.
